Today we collected in the Summer passports - we are really excited to see how much everyone has been reading …. fantastic!
Today we also introduced "The one and only Ivan" written by Katherine Applegate. We watched a short video clip listening to the author talk about how the book came about.

We had lots of lit quiz questions today - what do you enjoy the most about our first session?
I think OLA lit club blog gives good ideas to go home and try and read the books they put on the blog.
